The Simoni Skating Arena is a Commonwealth of Massachusetts public ice skating facility, overseen by the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR). FMC Ice Sports has been operating the arena for DCR since 2005. The arena is a full service skating facility offering an extensive variety of skating programs for all ages and abilities. The facility features a pro shop operated by Skater's Edge (617) 797-8328 and facilities for birthday parties. The Simoni Skating Arena provides patrons with affordable recreation in a clean, safe, and well maintained facility. |

Cradles to Crayons / Boston Bruins PJ Drive & DJ Public Skate Event Sunday, February 19th, 2012 Join FMC Ice Sports in our 2nd Annual Cradles to Crayons / Boston Bruins PJ Drive and DJ Public Skate Event! Rock out on the ice as our live, ice-side DJ spins today's hottest hits. Guests who donate a pair of new, children's pajamas for kids ages 0-12 will receive a free public skate pass for a future visit. All donations go to benefit Cradles to Crayons, a non-profit charity organization committed to providing necessities to deserving children. *Rental skates available for an additional $4.00 on a first come, first served basis.
Cambridge Guns N' Hoses MDA Hockey Game Saturday, March 31, 2012 Cambridge Fire and Police present the MDA Charity Hockey Game at Simoni Arena in Cambridge. This exciting match up between the city's finest will happen Saturday, March 31st, 2012 at 12noon and is open to the public. General admission is $5, children under 5 are free. Ticket's can also be purchased in advanced by contacting Brandon Hugh . Raffles, prizes, and an after tournament lunch are available.
